Elizabeth is a commercial growth, go-to-market, and client strategist with more than 20 years of experience across business development, brand building, and market expansion. She serves as a right hand to C-suite executives, founders, and engineering-led teams, advising on how complex products and services translate into real-world market traction through lead generation, strategic relationships, and elevated client experience.

Rooted in New York during periods of rapid growth across retail and experiential brands, Elizabeth developed a strong foundation in hospitality, community, and client experience while working alongside early teams at lululemon and SoulCycle. She was on the forefront of the boutique health and fitness movement, integrating early wellness programming into lifestyle and hospitality experiences as health became a growing priority for modern consumers. Leadership roles within high-volume Manhattan environments followed, along with early exposure to private aviation through industry pioneers, where her curiosity for aviation and high-touch hospitality took shape.

Her path expanded into commercial growth and go-to-market work across the West Coast and Hawaii, including within private aviation and emerging membership-driven platforms. Through Larkspur Lane, she partners closely with executive teams to build strategic relationships, guide market execution, and nurture long-term client engagement helping organizations move from product vision to sustained commercial momentum across aerospace, advanced mobility, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.

Born and raised in New England, shaped by a decade in New York City, and based in California since 2016, Elizabeth has built her work across both coasts. She resides in Santa Barbara with her husband and their two Goldendoodles, Felix and Crosby.
